Refund / Cancellation Policy

This Refund/Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on https://telkom.oneoffice.africa (the “Site”) operated by OneOffice Solution Africa (Pty) Ltd.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 Days of the cancellation request.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions: We offer a prorated refund for annual subscription fees at any point during the subscription: The refund shall apply thirty days after the cancellation date – The remaining period in the subscription shall be refunded.

2. Cancellation Process

2.1 To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team at cancellation@oneoffice.africa. Please include the full names/company details and contact details which were used originally and the reason for cancellation in your request.

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions: This subscription may be cancelled at any time giving a thirty-day notice.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 Services Rendered: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees once the services have been rendered or the subscription period has expired.
3.2 Additional Services: Any additional services or products purchased in conjunction with the subscription are non-refundable.
